Broken. Mended. Stronger.
The Art of Kintsugi. The Japanese military ruler was so disappointed when he broke with precious bowl. Local artisans began devising a solution to repair his bowl. They covered the cracks with gold lacquer. When the bowl was returned, he was elated to notice that his BROKEN treasure was not only MENDED, but it was STRONGER than ever. The bowl was restored with it’s own uniqueness and new-found value.
After an evening of sweet treats, games and friendships, we discovered through God’s word that a Samaritan woman came BROKEN to the well, was MENDED by meeting Jesus, and ran into the Village STRONGER than before. The same is true for every woman!

Theme: Holiday Moments
Location: Ocala First Assembly, Corbin Hall
Date: Sunday, November 12, 2023 @ 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
In our preparation for the Holiday Season, we often miss the Holiday Moments. Join us as we take the time to “exhale” before the Holiday Season starts. Victoria, The Charcuterie Mama, will join us to demonstrate how to create a beautiful holiday charcuterie board. Sandwiches and salads will be served. Ticket price: $10

Location: Silver Spring Shores Community Center
Date: Saturday, January 13, 2024 @ 3:30 – 5:00 p.m.
This is not your ordinary book club. This will be an engaging afternoon of learning lessons from the selected books. The author of our books will be joining us for an in-person discussion! Bagels and toppings will be served. Ticket price: $5

Theme: Paint, Pizza and Pints (of ice cream)
Location: Ocala First, Corbin Hall
Date: Sunday, March 10, 2024 @ 6:00 - 7:30 pm
This is a unique and fun paint party. You will be guided by an artist through the steps to create your one-of-a-kind work of art. No supplies or experience necessary! We’ll snack on pizza and ice cream. Tickets $10

Theme: Cinco De Mayo Fiesta
Location: Ocala First, Corbin Hall
Date: Sunday, May 5, 6:00 - 7:30 pm
This is an evening filled with food, fun and a chance to party like a kid again! We will have festive games, prizes and activities. Each lady is encouraged to bring their favorite mexican-inspired dish! Drinks and desserts will be provided.
Tickets will be available beginning, April 14, $5
